Carson Energy is the oldest operating SAG^TM System for purification of biogas. This site has logged more than 6 years of operation protecting an SCR catalyst. SAG^TM Technology has saved over one million dollars of catalyst from being poisoned by silicates--byproducts of siloxane combustion. Experience makes a big difference when it comes to trace detection and removal of siloxanes from biogas. AFT provides gas quality management in every SAG^TM System. Our attention to gas quality is ongoing at every site.

This is a waste water treatment plant using large scale turbines for co-generation. Project design is 2,500 SCFM at 5 psig. The SAG^TM system was designed to remove all siloxanes to low ppb levels for protection of both power generation equipment and SCR catalyst.
