AFT will send the complete gas testing kit to cover all tests and provide the Complete Technical Report for one fee.

Pilot Study Design, Equipment, and Operation

• When necessary, AFT can provide the complete pilot study design, all equipment, and project management.
• All projects where a pilot study is performed qualify for a SAG^TM System performance guarantee. (Limited performance warranties are available without a pilot study).

Full-Scale System Design, Construction, Installation Supervision and Start-Up

• AFT can design, construct and manage the installation and startup of your SAG^TM System.
• AFT will provide a performance warranty on each SAG^TM System.

Engineers, scientists and associates at AFT have over 35 years of experience in the testing of gases, liquids and solids. AFT specializes in the critical purification of biogas: primarily the removal of organosilicon contaminants such as siloxanes, silanes, silanols, halosilanols, silicanes, sulfur-bearing compounds and moisture. Other areas of expertise include sulfur removal, odor control, air purification, product/solvent recovery, specialty gas purification, and water and chemical purification processes. AFT designs, tests and builds systems to match unique individual customer requirements. AFT also provides expertise to the customer to assist in the management of consistent product quality through various testing programs and service options.

AFT SAG^TM systems effectively remove siloxanes and other undesirable contaminants from a combined daily flow of over 60 Million SCFD (1.7MM Nm³D) of landfill, digester and other methane-containing gas streams. AFT SAG^TM systems also remove the hydrogen sulfide and other odorants from over 10Million SCFD (0.3MM Nm³D) of foul air and off-gases in sewage treatment plants.

Most of the applications for AFT SAG^TM system technology are for protection of engines and turbines that generate electricity; however, other applications such as SCR catalyst bed protection and boiler protection are becoming increasingly important as well. AFT has experience in all these areas.
